Help required Hertfordshire UK

Is there a Prestashop experienced user with knowledge of import and export using Excel local to Hertfordshire UK ?

 

I have multiple items in my shop I'm building (3000 +) and the loading new products, pricing, quantities etc is driving me crazy. I believe that by using excel spreadsheets I'm able to add, amend, update in mass and them import without losing any of my hard graft.

I don't expect this knowledge for free and could do with a day or two training/help. I would ideally prefer this on a one to one basis in the flesh, so to speak.
