Help with creating Module

Hi I have made some basic modules before but now I'm looking to create an advanced module which I'm hoping to share with you guys once complete.

 

Here is my requirements for the module

I need to be able to import product information from an external feed using XML API. The reason for this is one of my suppliers offers an XML API feed to which I want to set up a cronjob that will import and update all products on a daily basis saving me a LOT of time in the long run. 

I want to create a module that will do exactly this for me.

My problem is I do not yet know how to create a module that has a configuration page(see image below).

 

How do I create this option and link it to the configuration page?
