Admin Panel Randomly Broke

Im really hoping you can help me with this . Im not sure what happened everything was fine yesterday and when i logged in today this issue was happening. i didn't install any new mods or make any modifications. My admin panel for my site is broken. All the menus are expanded and text is large .

its possible that the message about upgrade avail for Attribute Wizard Pro is breaking it.  this is just a guess...

 

is  this only issue on modules page?

Replace your admin folder with the same version.

See if it'll correct your problems, if not tell me.

Or go to defines.inc and change true by false on the dev line

Ok so im waiting for one of my backups to download from my host . while waiting i did go to defines.inc and

if (_PS_MODE_DEV_)

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);

if (_PS_MODE_DEV_)

Ok i misunderstood. It was already set to false . I changed it to true but now its back to false.     while true was on i did get these errors on my homepage
