Not choice to choose delivery method (both active)

Hello, I would like to ask you if you have ever heard issue when you see two delivery methods - companies for delivering but you are not able to choose which one you want and there is still only one chosen. I have read many and many tips here but 1.I don´t use advanced store management or how to call it in english, 2.I have two carriers for delivering - both are active and both are for free shipping so I don´t need to deal with data, 3.I see both of them when finishing the order but not choice to choose from them. 

 

If you could just give me a hand?

I use PS 1.6.0.6 and have only bank wire module and cash for delivery, that is all.
