Cannot Select Color Attribute

hi, i have a problem here. some products attribute are not working. when i select another color beside the default coloit it keep restart the page. can anyone help me with this?

The product in the link doesn't seem to exist anymore  (Get message that says it doesn't)

Any other link where I can see it? I tried a few products, with colours, but they seem to do OK In Chrome and FireFox.

 

Clicking a colour add the chosen colour to the URL

i'm using chrome on macos yosmite. my staff is using chrome on windows

Martin, I see a javascript error occur on the page that has some problems, which doesn't occur on the other one.

Can you check: if you move back to the default theme, does the problem occur, or is it working well there?

 

if it does work like it should be with the default theme:

- backup all your files and then

- try to copy the themes/default-bootstrap/js/product.js file over your own theme's themes/<your theme folder>/js/product.js

 

Maybe the custom theme has some older product.js file that has problems with the latest PS.
