Guest Posted January 22, 2015 Share Posted January 22, 2015 (edited) Hi All Just noticed an anomaly with the shipping system and tax for EU destinations from the UK We have a carrier set up, and we tick so to show that Tax should be included. This is because when we send abroad we send to the EU we have to charge VAT UNLESS the company we are sending to has entered their VAT number Now, in terms of the products this is great. A customer in germany gets charged VAT, they add ther VAT number and then they do not get charged VAT But the shipping still charges VAT Has anyone come across this before?
