When an order does go through correctly (perfectly) the url is looking like this

When an order went sort of wrong for example, we received the payment but in the back office the products and status are missing the url looked like this
obviously it went through so it must be ok but isnt the return URL suppose to be something like babyoutletph/validation.php or something like that?
It might be nothing, but i noticed the url location is different (module and modules)
