Thanks for the info.

We took your advice and upgraded our hosting account from hostgator shared to VPS (vps with a different company). No Luck

We've not been able to accept paypal payments for 2 weeks now and paypal makes up for about 70% of our payments so its a big issue that has the potential to bankrupt us so we really wished we never upgraded our prestashop we were warned not to do it, but unfortunately we didn't take that advice.

We uninstalled paypal and re-installed several times. Also doesnt work. Tried USA version instead of europe. Didn't work. Tried an old version of paypal module. Also didn't work.

We have had a paypal technician look at it, he cant see anything wrong as the payments are going through correctly and he said the paypal module is the part that has an issue and that prestashop will help.

Would love to just re-install prestashop, we're on 1.6.0.11 but our developer doesnt know how to re-install (without loosing all the orders, catalog, etc etc) also we don't know if that would solve it still or now.

We're out of ideas? Our developer has tried to fix it, paypal developer, new hosting company technician took a look,  tried posting on prestashop forums and looking at other posts but i cant see a fix anywhere.

If anyone has any ideas or found a solution to this please let us know right away, we desperately need help
