G.EGCB
Hi, It's been over a year we are using PS and we love it. I am the developer who did the whole integration/dev.Everything always ran fine since the official online store beginnings but today, we had an issue with a customer's order.Still we use to have orders coming in everyday, we do receive an order email from our end, a payment confirmation from Paypal and we see the new orders in our backend. Today, we received a payment confirmation from Paypal.. and nothing else. No order email, 'and the main issue is' no order in the back office.Tho, the user have been successfully created and we can see the order he paid for, but as a Saved Cart (in the user infos), not as an order.I went on Paypal to make sure the payment passed and the payment did passed. This way, I am sure this user clicked "Order", he connected his Paypal and completed his order. Then why no order in the backend? If it was only the mail, I could troubleshoot many ways to get it right. But as the order "doesn't exists at all" in the backend, I'm screwed.I run PS 1.5.6.1, and no modifications have been made for a long time. I received another order couple minutes after this problematic one, and everything went fine.Any thoughts? Thanks !
FullCircles
Quick question, was it done via the PayPal option that happens on the final step of the cart, or do you have Express Checkout enabled and they went through that? I recall we had a somewhat similar issue with Express at one point, but I can't remember exactly what happened unfortunately, so if it's that, I'll have a dig through all the code on the module and see if I can spot any changes we made
