[SOLVED] Bug with "a few steps before launching" - PS Cloud

Hello,

 

I opened a new Prestashop Cloud in order to install some modules and a theme. I was in the backoffice, I press the button "update the modules" in the "module section" and the "a few steps before launching" get crazy. I attach an image:

 

 

This functionality occupy all the backoffice width and the half backoffice height (when it shold occupy a space below the top menu). It block me to press the button which are below.

The menu does not respond neither: "x" button, "ok, take me to my theme" button and "skip tutorial" button don't work when I press them (when these buttons should work).

 

I did a clear cache in order to solve it, but it didn't work.

 

How can I solve it?

hello

go to modules > modules and update OnBoard module.

or just disable it at all (disable / remove)

Thank you very much for your answer. I would like to try what you told me, but this panel doesn't allow me to press any button which are below it. I tried in Chrome, Firefox and Safari (of OSX) and the same behaviour.

I've achieved to press the links below the panel using this plugin for Google Chrome:

As vekia said, disabling the OnBoard module the problem was solved.

Yes, I can reproduce it. I enabled again the OnBoard module and the issue return.

Thank you, we're on it. I've reset your module and - now that we know where the issue comes from - we will publish a new version for those who may encounter this .
