Order confirmation email no products or date

Hi, I'm using PS 1.6.0.9, upgraded from PS1.4 using the one click upgrade.

 

I've noticed that the order confirmation email isn't working properly (see pic) The order reference is working (I've blacked it out) but the rest of the variables aren't. Even the date isn't showing.

 

All other emails, PDF invoices are fine. I also use the mailalerts module which send me emails when there are new orders, and the order details there show up fine too.

 

I've downloaded a new copy of 1.6.0.9 and replaced all the files in the mails/en folder (shop language is english), but the same is still happening.

 

Please help?

Looking into this more, it looks like the variables defined in OrderHistory.php, {order_name} and {total_paid} are shown on the order_conf email. I thought it should be using PaymentModule.php where the other things like {products}, {date} variables are? What can I do to fix this?

Since I know of two other users with the same problem I submitted a bug report here: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCSX-5567. I hope anyone encountering the same problem would vote for it and contribute to the discussion.
