Upgrading

Now upgrading is terrible, please write what files have been changed in every version, because we don't know what files to overwrite, and many files have been customized, so we just can't drop all files with a new version over.

For start please tell, what files were changed

1.2.4 to 1.2.5

I think you should add this to change-log. You would save time for many users.
