Create a file from the product catalog and import in PS 1.6.0.9

Hello everyone, I ask for help, I need to convert "Create" the file from my program management Prices and descriptions of my products to be able to load then on PS 1.6.0.9 automatically without having to load them all by hand.

What procedure should I do, and what kind of file and how it should be the file to import into PS.

In my program management, I have only the prices and descriptions, but no pictures, so I think it's easier.
