Antakarana Posted January 20, 2015 Share Posted January 20, 2015 Hi everybody, We've recently found an issue with our store. When performing a search at the sheach box, it only shows partial results. For example we have a manufacturer called "sotya", so if we introduces its name on the search box, then it will show only 11 products at the grid... however we have 15 products from this manufacturer There are other examples such as "sekyndor", you search for that name and it will show 153 products, but actualy we have 171 So why is it doesn't showing all of them? I have tried to add missing products, also rebuild the index but it doesn't change anything. I have tried to change the "value" of the "title of the product", the "tag", etc to reinforce those parts where the manufacturer's name should appear but it still doesn't change the result. Could anybody give me some help? We are using prestashop 1.6.0.9 and warehouse template. Thanks in advance! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I realize that the missing products are automaticaly indexed if I just enter at backoffice and save them again. So it seems that when "saving" they force to reindex.
