New message won't post, sends you to PrestaShop homepage?

Hi,

 

Sometimes, you'll write a new message (new topic or new reply to an existing topic) and when you click "Post", it ignore everything you've written and sends you to the PrestaShop homepage. You've lost your message.

 

This happens when there's a forbidden word in your message or in the title of your topic. Forbidden words are on a forum blacklist because they're used by spammers very often. For instance, the word "b.o.o.t.s.t.r.a.p"  is blacklisted because lots of spam topics selling "b.o.o.t.s" are posted...

 

So when the forum doesn't accept your post and sends you to the homepage, just go through your message and try and find out what word might be blacklisted.

in polish word like: d.r.u.g.i  means just "second"

Our anti-spam was partly deactivated last week for website stability reasons and improvement purposes, but we're reactivating it this week! Thanks for being so patient.

I agree!!! I tried three times to make a new forum post and all three were rejected. What about using whitelist, prestashop?

Isn't it possible to at least give clear error messages instead of just dumping people on the home page? It would save a lot of people a lot of time.

in  italian forum 2 people has the same problem with the word pagamenti

Some word you had to write in different way like Bootstrap, so if first letter is uppercase everything works fine.

Sorry but what is happening to that forum ? When i press to open a new threadna and press submit i'm redirected to the homepage of prestashop.

 

Please fix becouse i'm unable to open new threads.

If you are redirected it means you are use not allowed words.

That's right. The filter is inconsistent.
