Adding a new domain to ps cloud store turns out as error after following all instructions

I have been having issues with adding a domain name to the store that I have created on Prestashop cloud. I had problems adding a domain name to the first store that I attempted to create on Prestashop cloud, and I was blocked out from the backoffice. So I deleted the store and started a new one in order for me to be able to log into the back office. I logged into the store quite alright, but I couldn't add the my registered domain name, as I had errors saying "This domain is already registered." I deleted the store and made a new one and tried to add my domain name and it still gave me the same. I installed the software using softacoulos on byethost, updated nameservers and my domain name worked fine, but I experience some errors in the store. I really want to use Prestashop cloud because I think it is a great option compared to self-hosting. My domain name is www.loadaa.com I purchased my domain from namecheap. Note: Right now my domain is hosted on byethosts servers, and I have already changed it to namecheap default servers and mapped my domain to A(address) and my given IP before. My domain name redirected to the pswebstore subdomain, but it showed up as error and I couldn't change it to primary, and had no option but to delete. I will really appreciate help with moving my store to prestashop cloud with my original domain name. My store has been down too long, since I was opencart before and prestashop looked better, so I tried setting up my shop and now I am stuck. Help Me, Please. P.S. Sorry for all the grammatical errors, I would have loved to edit it, but I don't have much time on my hand right now. I hope you understand what I trying to say. Thank You for help in advance.

It seems fixed now. Try to set it as primary domain and let me know if you have any other issue.

I am also experiencing this issue but I don't get an error, I simply can't add the domain, it tells me: "This domain name is already registered."

Please help me as I need to use another domain.

The PrestaShop domain is: rshopr.pswebstore.com. I'd also like the domain changed to rshop.pswebstore.com because I was also getting an error during registration that that domain had already been taken although I had deleted the domain before from my account and planned to re-add as I though that this would fix the aforementioned issue. It didn't, and now I don't even have access to my rshop.pswebstore.com domain.

(The second issue is not priority though, I'd like the custom domain to be fixed as soon as possible.

It works now. I really appreciate your help. 

 

Any one can check out my store at http://shop.loadaa.com , I am still working on it, and I think it is turning out good. Prestashop Cloud is a really good idea. Thank you guys.

I have exactly the same problem and I already submitted the issue (I think, it still says 10 tickets remaining). Is there any workaround/fix?

I will advice you to open a new thread for your problem. That's what I did after submitting my ticket. You might want to take a focused screenshot your domains showing errors like I did above for evidence.

Seems they maybe issues with prestashop hosted on cloud, as I have set up loads of websites, and changed the url to point to set ip address in A records, but prestashop although shows my website as active, and I made primary it still takes me back to prestashop, or I get https errors although my url is not https.... 4 days now and I gave up shopify for this, my customers cant access my site, I sent ticket for another issue, 3 days ago and no response, thanks prestashop for making my days stressful, really don't understand why simple job turns into nightmare... so if someone can suggest something to get my site live i would be so very happy.....
