Modifying Top Menu

Hi all,

 

I would like to know if this is possible;

 

On my Top Horizontal bar, I have my main Catagories.

 

Also have subcatagories, which one more subcatagory.

 

What I would like to know if it is possible to hide the 3rd Subcatagory on the top bar, but display it as a subcatagory in catagory view, when you click on the 2nd subcatagory.

 

And another thing, is there a way to display a "See All" on the catagory on the Top Horizontal menu.?
