CURRENCY CONVERSION - What server does PrestaShop use for Currency Update?

Hi,
1st question:
I was just wondering which server(s) does PrestaShop use to update it's currency conversion database?
Would be great to find out...

2nd question:
When modifying the default currency, can there not be an auto-update feature that fixes the issues related to this?
i.e. USD is default.
You then select CAD as default.
Both USD and CAD are now set to 1 (rather than 90cents for example)
No matter how many times you click UPDATE, they just stay on 1 and 1 after changeing the default currency and clicking update the first time.

I find you must manually assign currecy rates for greater accuracy.
