Problems I've been having with my Prestashop installation

Problem 1:

Recently we received an order, and the customer payed with paypal. The payment went through to paypal, but in the order info on prestashop, nothing was relayed such as the transaction ID or if that person actually paid any money. It also did not show that they actually purchased any products, but did show the right amount of money they spent. This is our second order, as we are still in development stages. The first order was a live test that I did, and it worked perfectly all the way to our UPS shipping. Paypal worked perfectly. I even refunded myself through prestashop rather than logging into the business paypal account. It also showed the products that I ordered. But this second order was really messed up.

 

Problem 2:

When visiting the website as a customer, after logging in, it displays a blank website page for the entire website. The only way to fix this is by clearing cache and cookies in my browser. The same thing happens when trying to add a product to a cart.

I have enabled the hidden error log that makes a .csv file, which I will upload in this post. These errors only relate to getting a blank page when adding to cart or logging in as a customer.
