Different VAT on same product?

I have a product with a little complicated pricing. One part of the price should be without VAT, and the rest should have VAT. In Prestashop, I haven't found any way to make this work.

Let's say the tax free part is $100. Then I have different combinations of the product that will add another $100-$300 and this part should be taxed.

Is this possible to do with Prestashop?

I am selling a service that is tax free (a government service), but the part I add (my profit) must have VAT added. My fee is also different depending on what the customer want me to help them with.

So the product itself always has 0% VAT but all the Combinations must always have VAT added.

I want to use Prestashop for this shop also since I use it for other shops and I am very satisfied.

If this can be solved I would be very happy to get some replies.
