Webshop geared for both BtC and BtB sales

Hi,

 

I need advise on how to best setup my webshop www.dogcopenhagen.com to handle both normal BtC sales AND also BtB sales (wholesale to dealers and distributers).

 

1. Do I create 3 customer groups (private sale / dealer sale / distributor sales) - each group with specific prices per product, not a percentage of private sale price, and differentiated VAT conditions?

 

2. Do I create a multistore option with one mainshop for private sale (BtC) and a satellite store with the exacy same categories and products for wholesale (dealers and distributers)?

 

I would prefer to use step 1 if this is possible.
