Where to change language for my settings ?

Seems that geotargeting is in use and automatically German is set. As sometimes the translations here are outlandish, I want to have my profile in English instead, or at least Portuguese, which has a better translation. The other thing is that I'm forbidden to use German Forum, so my profile I want to have it in another language too.

 

Therefore: where to change the language for my profile/use of the forum-site ?

Finally I found where to change the language of the forum. Unfortunately after I've written a topic the language changes again to German and the cookies advise again appears in the footer. Why is this warning permanent and is not remembering my IP ?

Why after changing the default language to English after each topic I answer it is again German ?

Seems to be a bug of the forum ?

 

Besides when I change to English only some parts of the forum are English, others not. See screen attached.

Yes and the cookie warning is also persistent on the footer.
