qupublicidad
Hello. I've ben trying to upload the CSV for days and I'm getting the following errors.ID: cannot be savedProperty Product->available_date is not validWith the IDs, I am getting the same error even if I force ID numbers.I already checked if the Products " New " was in capital Capital N, but it was not the case.I looked around the forums and it seems like this problem has been going on since the P14 version but I can't find a proper explanation about how to fix it. If anybody can offer some insight or point me to the right direction that would be wonderful. Thanks in advance.
NemoPS
could you share a sample of one of the lines of the csv?
qupublicidad
Hello. Sorry, english is my third language, so I'm not 100% sure if this is what you wanted. I downloaded the cvs examples prestashop offers and then I modified them. Right now the first line with the ID looks like this And this is the same line, with the available date Edited January 16, 2015 by qupublicidad (see edit history)
NemoPS
The available date is supposed to be in the format yyyy-mm-dd I think
qupublicidad
Hello, I tried to change the date to that format but it won't work either. My main problem is still the ID.
NemoPS
You are ticking the box to use product ids as references, correct? Does the csv contain all data? cause if so you might as well tick "delete old products..."
qupublicidad
Hello. Yes, I have those options selected and all the data is in the csv. it still tells me the following:I am not sure either why it says that the product name is empty. Do you have a better example of a complete csv than the one we can donwload in the P16 version? Those seem to be a bit lacking on certain info. NemoPS
the example provided by presta always worked for me, are you sure you matched all columns correctly?
qupublicidad
Yes, I am sure. There's no much chances to write the ID wrong, either you add a number or you leave it blank. The system is giving me an error either way.
