LongBen
Hi, I just installed Prestashop 1.6.0.9 on a new domain. Everything goes fine. Except when it's finished, i've got an issue on the back-office. There's this 5 steps tutorial displaying on the top of the screen and i just can't manage to skip it. I tried to reinstall everything and still got the same issue. It's very disturbing because I cannot navigate easily on my back office. I even can't click on the "Catalog" tab in the menu. How do I fix it ?
NemoPS
Looks like a js issue, bring up the developer console (f12 on chrome) and see if there is anything popping out in red
LongBen
Hi Nemo1, thanks for the quick answer. I tried many time to find something wrong using the console. I can't see anything popping out in red.
NemoPS
Try manually uploading the admin folder's content from a clean package, and replace yours (same version)
LongBen
Done, but still the same issue. I must say i did not modify anything before i had this issue. The prestashop version on the site was already the 100% clean package. FYI, i installed exactly the same version for another site just few weeks ago and everything works perfectly. vekia
hello if you want to disable it just remov (or disable/uninstall) e module "onboard". tutorial will disappear. i know that is not a solution for its appearance, but as i suppose you just want to "remove"tutorial from the top. removing the "onboard" module will remove "tutorial" too.
LongBen
It's working perfect solution for me, i do not need this module at all. I already tried to look for a module but wasn't able to find it. Thanks a lot Vekia, you make my day ! Thanks to Nemo1 also.
1carlo
I had the same problem. I went to modules, then searched for onboard. It found "Onboarding" and it required an update. I ran the update and fixed the problem.
