Problems with some countries

Hi guys, i write here because i need your help to solve a problem on a shop that i've created with Prestashop.

I just have a problem with korean and malaysian customers, that can't acces to the site. They just find a "The webpage is not avaiable" error message. 

I've checked the preferences in the BO and everything seems ok, all countries are activated and even with the geolocation activated i have the same error.

I tought that the problem could be in the server, but before the new site these customers were able to connect to the site, so i'm quite sure that the problem is here. The problem is that i have finished the ideas, and i hope you can help me to find a solution.
