The moment a client pushes the Paypal button at the end of a purchasing process, this error message appears: ----------------------------- Error occurred: Please try to contact the merchant: <b>PayPal response:</b> -> -------------------------------- I reinstalled the Paypal module into our Prestashop installation but still the same error occurs. dtgmaze Posted January 15, 2015 Share Posted January 15, 2015 (edited) https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/393977-paypal-module-error-occured/ Check it as it may be related today the ssl/tsl chance was implemented by PayPal. for paid/addon module its possible this has not been updated. you may want to consider using the current PayPal EU module until you get paid module resolved.
