Help for bad ranking with a very important keyword

Hi to all,

I can't explain to my self why my site does not appear on google results, even in 20th page, if I search the name of a really important manufacturer of my products.

 

In the site there are at least 1,5 hundreds products and a specific category of that manufacturer and his name is present several times.

 

My competitors appears at the second, third place just after the manufacturer's site even if they have terrible sites. The feeling is to be banned from that keyword.

 

The manufacturer's name is used like keyword in the index page and in the description. It is present in every single product many times. (name, short description, description)

 

Sitemaps xml are ok.

 

I wouldn't like to say public the name, so if someone would like to help me and have a look to mine and my competitors shops, pls contact me privately.

I can not give you a helping hand, it's not my expertise. Anyway, I would like to follow up the topic.
