Walrus
I have edited the Account email template using the HTML editor in Translations > Core Emails. I deleted the logo placeholder. It doesn't show when viewed in the HTML editor. I also removed <img src="{shop_logo}" alt="{shop_name}" /> However, when I create a test account, the email I receive shows the shop logo at the bottom of the email, below the footer. How do I stop Prestashop inserting the logo? Thanks, Shangara.
El Patron
try the translation on email again but instead of core select your active theme. (fingers crossed).
Walrus
I am editing the template for my theme (third party) in Translations > Modify Translations, I choose Type of translation (Email templates translations), Select your theme (myTheme), Select your language (English), and then Account (first template). I can see the edits I made in the copy I receive but Prestashop adds the logo, which I don't want it to do.
El Patron
yes, well above in original post you said Translations > Core Emails this is why I posted originally to use 'your theme' instead.
Walrus
The email templates I wanted to edit are listed under core emails. Cannot dbl-check as I'm not in front of computer. Any other ideas?
Walrus
The second logo was from the invoice included with the notification email! Once the shop went live and I put through a test order, it was obvious.
