Product update - technical validation

Hello,

 

Recently we try to update our theme but we can't. We successfully passed technical validation in first version but now when we try to update product we have information that our product failed technical validation.

 

And now we have a lot of problems because of this, first of all our customers waiting for update almost 2 weeks, important update, secondly - many of these "required" changes break retro compatibility and our customers lost their changes, settings etc.

 

Or for example in one of our module we uses base64 encode on serialized array and this function is forbidden, we can't change this now. People will lost all settings.

 

So, what's now PrestaShop team? We should remove theme from marketplace? Accept refund for all of our customers?

 

In few weeks our theme appear on the first page of your bestseller themes and now we cannot continue to sell because of incompetence or mistake at the first check?
