show only the selected categories in top horizontal menu in Prestashop 1.6

Hello, I have too many categories and I want to have 5 main categories with subcategories in top menu under Products in drop down list. I found something useful probably for Prestashop 1.5 (http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/302330-tip-how-to-hide-category-in-the-menu-bar-horizontal/) but I don´l know how to use it in Prestashop 1.6 

In topmenu there will be other tabs too like contact, about us, etc. Thank you

why not to add these categories as "main" items in your menu?

then you will have 5 dropdows with selected categories as "parent".

thanks for reply but I do not think it would look good, selected categories has 2-3 words, so the main menu would look too crowded so I would realy like to make it as I described.

Hello Guys. 

Sorry dump my question  in the forum.

 

 I have four Categories under a parent category .

 I have added the parent category to the Top Horizontal Menu Bar .

 But on Hover only Two are appearing and the third one's Link is wrong. Fourth is not appearing at all.  

 

Using Prestashop 1.6.x 

Already done  : Deleted the Top Horizontal Menu Bar Module. And re-installed it again.
