Prestashop not completing order due to product prices

HI Forum,

 

We have discovered an issue with any product where there is a "specific price" set for the product group or any price that is different then the "retail price". We are using Prestashop 1.6.0.9 and PaypalUSA v1.3.8

 

 

What we have tried:

1. We have disabled Tax

2. We have changed the specific price from a "fixed price" to a "apply discount of x"

3. we have change the "priority management" to have the "Group" as the first priority.  

 

 

Other things:

Whenever we are selling a product at the full retail price the order gets created, sent to paypal, and returned to prestashop like it should with emails going out and a valid order being created.  

 

How can we set up prestashop so that we can sell products at a different price than the retail price and be able to get a valid order create?
