Clizia63
I created a virtual products (e-book) shop with Prestashop 1.6.0.9. When the customer receives the e-mail with link to product (PDF), he doesn't see properly the file PDF because the browser (Chrome or Explorer) shows a page full of ASCII codex such as eg. %PDF - 1.4 and other unknown typefaces. The file PDF isn't corrupted because if I download it from download folder and I add the pdf extension it works properly.

cimaster
Ok, maybe this could help, the %PDF at the beginning it state that the file is a pdf, that is why if you download you can see it with the PDF reader. (Acrobat or anyone else) but it seem that your link is for your customer to see it online so you donwload as it Maybe could you review on Google Steps to display PDF on web browser I don't know if I can use links here but many forums don't like it, so look around. ps. What do you mean when you download and add the .pdf extension (?) when you send the link do you extract it?. Because some browser incentive the extension I oreser to use the best way to reproduce it
