Does this happen often??? I have email the company and called but no luck any help? bellini13 Posted January 10, 2015 Share Posted January 10, 2015 All orders these days need to be validated, especially digital orders that have zero seller protection from services like Paypal. I would suggest you check your junk/spam folders just incase you received an email asking for additional information. However i would have to agree with you, that it is shameful to take such a long time and not provide any support over the weekend. That might be the reason why you couldn't download your module. The payment has been validated on January 12th, were you able to download it?
