paid module issue

All orders these days need to be validated, especially digital orders that have zero seller protection from services like Paypal.  I would suggest you check your junk/spam folders just incase you received an email asking for additional information.

 

However i would have to agree with you, that it is shameful to take such a long time and not provide any support over the weekend.  Might as well shutdown the ability to accept orders if you are not going to support the sales process that day.

Yep nothing in the old junk mail folder.

 

I would think a Moderator can take care of this issue. I have the weekend to work on my site but then again the website that I have to purchase from is not open on the weekends!

 

as far as I am considered I was a case of fraud.  paid for an item an not given the product

Hello, 

 

I checked your order and it seems that the payment validation took a little while. That might be the reason why you couldn't download your module. The payment has been validated on January 12th, were you able to download it?
