Installed module mail translation bug

I have a problem while translate email template installed module.

for example when i save it . some link change.

exp : {home_url} change to /admin/{home_url}

{link_url} change to /admin/{link_url} 

 

so when i save template and sent tested email.

the link is broken.
can anyone help me ?

can you please show full contents of the email + a part of the controller where variables are defined?
