Strange Error Upgrading to 1.6

I upgraded from 1.5.6.1 to 1.6.0.9 and now I get this error when I access any page with the horizontal menu.  I used the 1-click upgrade method.

 

ReferenceError: in_array is not defined

 

I am using the Bootstrap theme.

 

You can see this in action at http://www.healthypetcorner.com/hpc2/21-dog-food and open up Chrome or Firebug Console and it shows the error.

 

This is a test site because I am wanting to upgrade to 1.6.  I have searched and searched on the internet to find an answer but to no avail.  Please advise how to fix or remove this error.   I want to complete switching over to 1.6.  The features look great.

thanks for letting me know.  I have taken it off maintenance mode.  I was wanting to keep out the bots from indexing the site.

I cannot see any errors at the moment. Make sure you turn them on and copy here all error text.

The errors only show up when you use Chrome or Firebug console.

By the way, I do have the error display on but as you can see no errors are showing.
