Sorting out Product List alphabetically

Hi all. I have searched the whole forum for the solution to this.

My Front Office the product page is under set to sort by -- and not A-Z or Lowest, highest prices etc.

My Back Office (Back Office >> Preferences >> Products),

Default order by: Product Name
Default order by: Ascending

I have tried changing it to :-

Product Price
Product Added date
Position inside category

My Position inside category is set as Ascending.

and nothing seemed to work. Below is the image. thanks for any help and Happy New Year all
