New Install Problem - extra trailing slash after domain - ly.co.uk//index.php?

Hi There,

 

I have tried a fresh install of Prestashop on a fasthosts server and get an extra trailing slash after the domain name (www.*******elly.co.uk//index.php?)

 

I spoke to Fasthosts and they said it is a Prestashop issue.

 

I have tried installing on another domain using the fasthosts 'simplescripts' system and I'm getting the same issue?

 

Any help really welcome as I'm tearing my hair out on this problem...

I'm not sure if this is gonna be of any help, but can you check under your Preferences > SEO & URLS > Set Shop Url settings?

 

What do you inputted for your shop domain and ssl domain? Is there a trailing slash? If so try removing it.

 

Also, by the looks of your url structure it looks like you don't have Friendly URL enabled... correct? If so, you might want to try enabling this feature... its good for customers and seo.
