Gastono
Hi there, Prestashop 1.6.0.9 default theme. mailalert module 3.4.4 http://collageen.naturalbeautyparkstad.nl I have a problem with the mailalert module in my shop. All mail for me, order notification, message from contactform or out of stock warnings are always about 20 to 30 minutes delayed. When customer places an order i get payment confirmation from payment agency right away and after about 25 minutes order confirmation from prestashop with mail time stamp from 25 minutes ago. Order is placed in backoffice right away, same time as payment confirmation. When customer asks question with contact form, customer gets confirmation mail right away but i dont, again i have to wait for about 25 minutes. So i guess prestashop PHP mail is set up correctly as is my webhost because customers get confirmation right away. My mail host is set up correctely because payment confirmation from payment agency comes in right away. Previous shop was 1.6.0.6. all mail was received right away. New shop (new install, not upgraded) is hosted on domein of previous shop so mail or web host is not the problem. I really dont know where to look or what to look for. Maybe someone can help. El Patron
hi, is the shop email address part of your domain, i.e. [email protected] and your domain is demo.com? I ask because mail servers get uptight when the 'from' email address does not match the domain url.
Gastono
mail is send and received by same mailadress [email protected] (.com should be .nl , altered to avoid mail spam) domain is collageen.naturalbeautyparkstad.nl so it almost matches but not exactely: mailadress is on maindomain naturalbeautyparkstad.nl , shop is on subdomain collageen.naturalbeautyparkstad.nl same domain and mail setup as in previous shop wich had no problem with mailsending.
