garugn Posted January 6, 2015 Share Posted January 6, 2015 Hello, I'm using Prestashop 1.6. Messages via customer service and customer are located in the order page backend per specific order. Is there a way that allows messages sent in the backend to the customer to CC to my customer service email? I don't mind sending messages in the backend.
