Lone Star
Hi forum, I'm in a bit of trouble with Prestashop 1.6.0.9. I did an installation meant for testing, so I did not change the default admin@prestashop e-mail, but I still ended up doing a bit of work on it that I would rather not loose. Now for some reason my password is not working anymore, but for obvious reasons I cannot have a new one sent to "my" e-mail. Stupid, I know. I've located some articles using the Cookie_key trick for a password reset, but it does not seem to work for 1.6. The passwd string can max be 32 characters and my Cookie_key (even without adding a password) is much longer. Am I doomed here or is there alternative ways to reset my password or create a new admin user? If not, is there at least a way that I can transfer my complete layout with pages, themes and other edits to a brand new Prestashop installation? I do of course have full FTP access to all the files. Kind regards and thanks in advance for any help!

Lone Star
Brilliant! It worked perfectly. Thank you so much for your help, I would have never located this clever tool on a foreign website myself.
