Can't to display mailalerts notify " Email me when available" at product page

In product page, if product quantity<=0  I can't see the block from mailalerts module , which notify the customers via email about product's availability.

What's wrong? Do you have any ideas?

Is module enabled right?

Is module hooked properly? Maybe the hook which is used by this module is removed?

We should change hide() to show()
