cikcak
Hello, im trying to create a multistore with subdomain. In directadmin I`ve created a subdomain - test. Enabled multistore and create a new shop with this parameters: domain: test.myshop.com ssl: test.myshop.com final url: http://test.myshop.com But its not working. I got only 403 forbidden. How should I solve this problem? In subdomain log found this: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace., referer: http://mydomain.com/admin999/index.php?controller=AdminShopUrl&token=caa1c98f1ca3db0ffc55fe4562c832c7&id_shop_url=3 Edited January 5, 2015 by cikcak (see edit history)

vekia
In directadmin I`ve created a subdomain - test. your subdomain points to prestashop installation directory ?
cikcak
your subdomain points to prestashop installation directory ? So Ive tried to create mydomain subdomain - test in directadmin. And it auto created a sub folder - test in my public html. I got only 500 internal server error if i tried to open backoffice. In front office - 403 forbidden. If im not creating a subdomain - test in direct admin , I got - 404 not found. But in prestashop documentaction I have read that I shouldn`t create any sub, folder and etc... Okey, ill try to disable SEO urls. ------------------------------------------ If I disable seo urls - i got 404 not found in both - BO and FO. So strange. Richard S
The subfolder is created automatically by DirectAdmin. If you are getting error when trying to access BO, enable error showing and see what is shown there. There just cannot be any 404 errors for backoffice. Make sure that root folder or the htaccess in your subfolder is deleted (create backups).

cikcak
you just mean that you can't point subdomain to directory where your prestashop is installed? Mh im so unsmart. Okey, so I pointed my subdomain as my domain ALIAS and finally I can reach my third shop without any error. Thanks Vekia and Ricahrd S for support!
