carplu Posted January 4, 2015 Share Posted January 4, 2015 Hi Our shop works just fine, we accept payments through Icepay For some reason, from day before christmas, a payment option in Icepay, named Afterpay, returned no results... They told us that from that day they received phone numbers as : 0666666666 and because they use that as control all payments are denied. Did you verify your customer's information to confirm what the phone numbers really are? have you tried to perform an order to see what the real experience is? Also, do not assume that we know what Icepay or AfterPay are. You will need to provide more details as to how these payment options work and details as to how to produce the issue.
