Picking List - Delivery Slip

To minimize the errors during picking I would like to have a super clear picking list available to print to the guys that do the actual picking. It should be possible to print this when the order is in preparation status. It should include a small picture of the product.

 

I've included an idea of how I would like the actual list. The print should of course include the order number and customer name as well.

I really thought so myself but much to my surprise I haven't been able to find any. So either I'm really poor at searching or there just are not any picking list with product pictures on it yet?

This is a job for the M4 PDF Extensions module. See some PDF examples at http://www.presta-addons.com/modules/3-pdf-extensions.html#10reasons. I can create the picking list template for you.

I recently developed a module to this cause called PDF Picking List. You will find it in the addons! 

 

It creates a field for every product where you can specify a storage location and it generates a printable PDF file just like the delivery slip for every order which includes the quantity and storage location. If the product is out of stock or goes out of stock, it shows you the quantities to order-in from the supplier you have provided.

 

I'm also eager to update and develop the product to more specify your needs.
