Extreamly Slow Back office returns 404 page in front office

I am running prestashop 1.6.9 on a vps.Site runs great on front office with no issues, but back office is extreamly slow out of the sudden

The main issue is that it also returns 404 front office pages when accesing diiferent menius of the BO.

For ex: when saving a product after loading for about 60 secunds the site returns a 404 front office page.

This practicly makes the BO part of the site unusable.

If anybody has any suggestions i would really appreciate some.
