pamjadi
Hi, I'm having this problem when I enter html code in item description/cms etc. I get 403 Permission Error. I found no solution to fix it. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? I'd appreciate any help here. thank you :-)
Alberto alvarez
Hello, first you should activate the debug mode in prestashop and check for any errors. If you can, check the apache error log and let us know what you find. A 403 error is forbiden, but if this only happens when you insert html content, i think is not a permisions issue. Let us know what you find in the logs and we will try to help you further

Turning the debug mode on doesn't bring any erros rather than that 403 error I always get. Could it be the litespeed thing?!
Alberto alvarez
Hello Pamjadi, i really have no idea, first time i heard about litespeed, anyway, it should have a error log anywhere, just check with your hosting provider for help, and let us know about your findings
