Need text area tied into a product option.

I've had no luck finding any existing modules to do what I'm looking for.

I'd like to continue with PrestaShop and purchase the other modules, but this is the last item for me to sort out and it's a serious dealbreaker for me.

 

I'm trying to set up attributes or options for products and can't get it to behave the way I want.

I'm trying to set up a text attribute in Prestashop to behave like what I have in zencart for the "Custom painting" part.

 

It's not mandatory to select custom painting.

If a customer chooses the custom painting option, they must enter text and will be charged for the option.  Ideally I'd like the charge to be automatic if they enter any text.

 

I'd prefer this option to be positioned near the other options and not at the bottom of the page.

 

If details are needed, please let me know.  If my explanation is terrible, let me know too.

 

Hopefully someone can understand what I want and can help and send a quote.
