Error instalación 45 % 1.6.0.9

Cuando lleva el 45 % de la instalación sale el siguiente error:

 

"Configurar la información de la tienda

An error occurred during installation...

Puedes utilizar los enlaces que se encuentran en la columna de la izquierda para volver a los pasos anteriores, o también reiniciar el proceso de instalación haciendo clic aquí."

 

¿posibles soluciones?

¿Le has comentado el problema a tu empresa de alojamiento web?

 

Pueden ser problemas de permisos, problemas de base de datos, etc... (Si miraras el log, se podrian obtener mas detalles...)
