Different Prices for Local & International Customers

I want different price for India in INR and different Price for rest of the World in USD$. Whenever someone will open the website a dropdown menu or option will load/popup to ask whether its Indian or International and when he chooses it will load accordingly. Else if the server can detect the location automatically then it will load automatically. 

 

And similarly if someone outside India will buy extra shipping cost will be applied according to Weight.

 

How to configure this? Any Module/ Setup etc.. Whether its paid or free I am ready to Buy/Use.
