New order e-mail troubles

Hi,

I'm pretty new to prestashop but hopefully you will help me anyway.

I have problems when i try to make a test buy i am not receiving any new order e-mail as administrator. I have installed the mailalert module and configured with the mail i want.

Please help me!

Is your shop sending any other emails (like the contact us)?

I have now also tried to use the contact us form and in that case I receive a email, strange.
